1. Commitment to quality and assurance

Every order is meticulously hand-arranged by experts from our extensive network of expert florists, ensuring each bouquet embodies the freshest and most seasonal flowers available. Should our florists face any constraints in delivering personally, a trusted and professional local courier will step in to help your order reach its destination on time.

2. Comprehensive delivery areas

We deliver to most locations across Australia. There are some exclusions, including certain territorial islands. If you’re uncertain about service availability in your area, simply input your postcode during checkout, or reach out to our support team.

3. Precise delivery times

Weekdays: for assured same-day delivery, place your order by 2:00pm in the recipient’s local time. Orders placed after this window are processed the next day. Residential deliveries (including hospitals and nursing homes) are typically scheduled between 8:30am and 7:00pm; business deliveries are completed by 5pm.

Saturday: for same-day delivery, order by 10:00am in the recipient’s local time. Residential deliveries usually happen between 9:00am and 3:00pm; businesses receive their orders by 5pm. Peak floral events may introduce minor adjustments to these timings.

We understand the significance of timing for specific events and venues. While we endeavour to deliver promptly, the following can present unique challenges and may need extra lead time:

5. Remote locations & restrictions

Some remote areas may not be feasible for same-day delivery; in these cases we’ll reach out for alternative arrangements, which may include collection from a designated depot or town. Note: balloons cannot be delivered to Phillip Island, VIC due to environmental concerns. Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane maintains a pollen-free environment and restricts flowers and latex balloons, but welcomes food-only gift baskets and foil balloons.

6. Sundays, public holidays & peak periods

Our delivery services pause on Sundays and public holidays, pushing these orders to the next business day. Busy floral periods like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas may introduce minor variations to regular timings.

7. Confirmation, feedback & support

After your order is placed you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you have any concerns about a delivery or a perceived delay, our support team is here to help. We recommend recipients check usual delivery points, like back doors, if they believe they missed a delivery.
